A company is looking for a Guest Services Representative (Temporary) to provide exceptional customer service and support event logistics.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate travel itineraries, hotel confirmations, and policies via phone and email
Update guest registrations and hotel room inventory in the system
Collaborate with Meeting Event Managers, clients, and suppliers to support event logistics
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Hospitality, Event Management, or customer-facing roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills
Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in event coordination or hospitality is preferred
Familiarity with registration systems or travel logistics is a plus
