Electronics Manufacturing Customer Service Representative

The Role

Support customers with questions related to current and past orders while coordinating closely with internal sales and operations teams. This is a contract-to-hire role intended for someone looking to join a company long term.

Responsibilities

Process and manage customer web orders

Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status and changes

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order-related issues

Provide open order reports upon request

Assist with expediting parts and updating open orders

Maintain accurate documentation in internal systems

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required

Customer service or office experience preferred, not required

Strong communication and attention to detail

Comfortable managing multiple requests

Technical Skills

Basic computer proficiency

Outlook and Microsoft Office
