Objectives :

• Transform costly, defective, time consuming manufacturing processes into highly efficient, cost-effective, and quality focused processes leading to improved output, happier customers, and better margins.
• Assist with budgeting and planning for new molding machines and related equipment.
• Lead IQ, OQ, and PQ (Installation Qualification, Operational Qualification, and Performance Qualification) validation activities for new molding equipment.
• Design, implement and oversee training activities for equipment operators. Requirements :
• 3+ years developing processes for molded plastics or rubbers.
• Strong understanding of molding processes, machinery, and raw materials.
