As a Medical Receptionist with our top rated pediatric practice, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive, fun, and collaborative environment where your contributions are valued and recognized. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that every patient and family receives the highest level of care and attention from the moment they walk through our doors.

Responsibilities :

  • Welcome patients and families to our prestigious pediatric practice with warmth and professionalism
  • Coordinate patient check-in process, including verifying insurance information and updating patient records
  • Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently to maximize provider availability
  • Answer phone calls promptly and courteously, providing assistance and information as needed
  • Process payments and billing inquiries with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area that reflects the prestige of our practice
  • Collaborate closely with healthcare providers and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care delivery

    • Requirements

  • Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service
  • Strong organizational abilities and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including electronic medical records (EMR) systems
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to interacting with patients and families
  • Commitment to upholding reputation and standards of our pediatric practice
