Account Associate Entry Level

As an Account Associate , you’ll work alongside seasoned professionals in helping San Diego customers discover AT&T’s most innovative telecom solutions. This role is all about people : connecting with them, learning their needs, and making their lives easier through technology. From starting on the front lines, the Account Associate eventually grows into a leader and develops skills that’ll serve you in any environment.

Day-to-Day Duties of an Account Associate

Interact with customers directly to present AT&T products and services.

Build trust and deliver personalized recommendations that meet customer needs.

Drive sales results while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

Support account setup, upgrades, and service follow-ups.

Collaborate with team members to meet daily objectives.

Learn and apply marketing and communication strategies effectively.

Maintain accurate customer records and follow company procedures.

Participate in team workshops and leadership development sessions.
