Route Driver (CDL B)

Candidates must be customer focused to ensure that the experience at every stop exceeds their expectations. As a Route Sales Driver you will start out learning the business riding with another driver / supervisor and then once qualified move up to supervise the sales and route of your own truck.

Responsible for day to day route operations including sales, collection of cores, inventory of customers batteries, as well as inventory on the truck.

• Candidates must have at least a Class B CDL.

Route Drivers have a base pay with a bonus package based on the key elements of operating our routes to their maximum potential that allows the potential candidate to make up to 65+k a year in total compensation. In addition to the base pay and bonus package, we offer a $2500 sign-on bonus and a generous benefits including 1 week vacation in the first year, paid time off, uniforms, healthcare coverage, retirement plan and a support staff second to none in our industry.
