Key Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for clinical and non-clinical roles
Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and identify talent profiles
Provide regular updates on candidate movement and maintain candidate status in the ATS
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
3+ years of full-cycle healthcare-related recruiting experience
Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System; Greenhouse preferred
Intermediate skills with MS Office Suite of products
