We’re looking for an experienced Veterinary Technician / CSR to join our high-functioning, fun-loving, and mission-driven crew.

The Role :

This hybrid position blends hands-on technical skills with top-tier customer service. You’ll be supporting our doctors in clinical care while also helping our clients feel informed, heard, and valued—from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities :

As a Technician :

Assist in exams, diagnostics, and surgical procedures

Administer medications and treatments

Perform lab work (blood draws, urinalysis, fecal testing, etc.)

Monitor anesthesia and recovery

Maintain accurate medical records and patient notes

As a CSR :

Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism

Answer phones, schedule appointments, and triage calls

Process payments and maintain financial records

Communicate clearly with clients about services, estimates, and discharge instructions

Help keep the front desk and lobby clean and organized

What We’re Looking For :

At least 2 years of experience as a veterinary technician and / or CSR

Strong communication skills and a client-first attitude

Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment

Comfort with computers, EMR software, and multi-tasking
