IT Application Development Manager

A company is looking for an IT Application Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the support and enhancement of a purchased Salesforce application, focusing on maximizing standard features and configurations

Manage the maintenance and support of existing systems and the implementation of new systems as prioritized by IT leadership

Supervise application development team professionals, fostering professional growth and ensuring alignment with business objectives

Required Qualifications

B.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree is a plus

At least eight years of experience in applications design, development, and management

Experience supporting or managing Salesforce applications, preferably in a healthcare IT environment

Demonstrated ability to lead teams focused on configuration and process optimization

Healthcare industry experience, particularly with medical provider applications / data, is strongly preferred
