Pay Rate : $20 per hour

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 7 : 30AM-4PM

What You'll Do :

As a key part of our prototype development team, you'll be responsible for :

Hand Preparation of Raw Materials : Measuring and cutting various materials with hand tools to exact specifications.

Prototype Assembly : Layering, trimming, and assembling components with extreme precision.

Product Modification : Disassembling and reassembling plant-produced and purchased products using new materials.

Equipment Operation : Operating specialized equipment, monitoring parameters like pressure, temperature, and stroke length.

Inspection & Packaging : Conducting manual inspections, sorting, labeling, and packaging of prototype products.

What We're Looking For :

Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

Ability to follow precise instructions and dimensional specifications

Comfortable working with hand tools and machinery

Willingness to learn and undergo equipment-specific training

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
