Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Meet dealership sales goals
• Participate and excel in ongoing training
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards
• Greet, listen, and offers assistance to guests to determine their needs, interests, and preferences
• Demonstrate vehicles by explaining the features, benefits, characteristics, and capabilities of the vehicles
• Take customers on test drives and explains warranties and services
• Close sales by
• Overcoming objections
• Negotiating price
• Accurately completes and prepares all delivery paperwork needed
• Offers accessories and services
• Thoroughly delivers the vehicle to the customer
• Follow up after the sale and maintain referral source
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge by completing all factory-required certifications
• Maintain the CRM daily with detailed notes
• Enter all customer visits
• Enter all scheduled appointments
• Complete all daily follow-ups
• Constantly work on business development by maintaining rapport with previous customers, posting on social media and networking
• Conduct all business in an ethical and professional manner
