Enrollment Coach

A company is looking for an Enrollment Coach responsible for guiding prospective students through the inquiry, application, and admission phases.

Key Responsibilities

Convert prospective students from inquiry to registration while utilizing a consultative sales approach

Serve as the primary contact for prospective students, assisting them throughout the enrollment process

Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide feedback to the Enrollment team regarding student challenges

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

1 to 3 years of experience in admissions, coaching, customer experience, or sales

Experience maintaining accurate records in a CRM or student database

Ability to work autonomously and achieve enrollment targets

Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic and evolving organization
