What You'll Do : Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial facility, including both interior and exterior perimeters, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues. Observe and report any irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences, according to company procedures. Communicate clearly and professionally with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters. Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials, and / or documenting visitor information as required by site policies. Support emergency response activities by following established protocols and providing assistance to site personnel and first responders as directed.

Minimum Requirements : At least 6 months of security-related experience is required. Alarm panel experience is preferred. X-ray screening experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and / or badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
