Step into a high-growth manufacturing team—now hiring Fabrication Technicians!
Key Responsibilities :
Fabricate and assemble plastic components following detailed layouts and work instructions
Read and interpret measurements using calipers, tape measures (to 1 / 32"), and rulers
Position parts using jigs, fixtures, and clamps
Select, mark, cut, and bend materials per work order specs
Set up and operate equipment such as hot air welders, mills, drill presses, saws, benders, UV curing machines, and lathes
Assemble, bond, and weld components to exact standards
Record lot numbers and follow all quality procedures
Test finished products using electrical leak testers, pressure / vacuum methods, and more
Maintain clean tools, equipment, and work areas
Follow all safety guidelines and contribute to a positive team environment
Requirements :
High school diploma, GED, or 4+ years of related experience
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise work instructions
Basic mechanical aptitude with familiarity in blueprints, BOMs, and quality docs
Solid math skills (percentages, volume, geometry, etc.)
Experience using fabrication tools such as welders, mills, drill presses, saws, and lathes
Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
