Position Title: Surgical Technician
Job Summary:

The Surgical Technician is responsible for providing assistance during surgical procedures in the department. This role requires expertise in aseptic technique, equipment setup, and sterile supply management. The Surgical Technician will be proficient in handling instrumentation, equipment, and supplies for various surgical procedures. Duties include assisting with case setup, pulling cases, and breakdown procedures at the conclusion of surgeries. The incumbent performs delegated duties within their scope of practice and aligns with the philosophy and overall plan of care delivery.
Qualifications:

• Current BLS Certification through AHA or ARC; current CST Certification preferred.
• Registration as a Surgical Tech by Colorado Division of Regulatory Agencies (DORA).
• Graduation from an accredited program for Operating Room Technicians.
• Minimum of one year of experience as a Surgery Technician.
• Advanced knowledge in the scrub role and responsibilities for various surgical specialties.
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills.
• Communicates positively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.

Shift Times:

Monday - Thursday, 7:00 PM - 5:00 AM. No Call. Rotating Holidays. Day Shift available with flexibility.
Sign-On Bonus:

Up to $15,000

Net $600/month housing stipend

Relocation on case by case basis
