Half Price Flooring, Las Vegas's top flooring company, is looking for a motivated, results-oriented salesperson to join our team and help drive sales through phone outreach and customer engagement!

What You'll Do:

• Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads to generate sales opportunities
• Engage with customers to understand their flooring needs and provide tailored solutions
• Schedule showroom appointments and initiate sales
• Follow up with potential customers to close deals and maximize earnings
• Maintain accurate customer records and manage leads
• Meet and exceed sales targets while delivering top-tier customer service

What We're Looking For:

• Must be a Las Vegas local and able to work in person at our office
• Minimum 1 year of telemarketing and/or sales experience
• Proven ability to handle objections, negotiate, and close sales
• Must be bilingual (Spanish/English)
• Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work Monday to Friday and one Saturday per month

Payment structure is hourly wage, plus unlimited commission potential.
