Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Practice Nurse Practitioner to join our Oconto Falls Family Medicine Team. In this role, you will work closely alongside a physician, collaboratively managing and sharing a patient panel to provide comprehensive, high-quality care to individuals and families across all ages. The ideal candidate will be committed to patient-centered care, teamwork, and continuous professional growth.

Shift

Full-Time 1.00 FTE (40 hours / week)

Practice

40 hours per week

No call, weekends, holidays or nights

Qualifications and

Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program or Physician Assistant Program

WI RN license and Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) certification or WI Physician Assistant license required
