Electrical Superintendent I
Mortenson is currently seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent I for our Solar Operating Group to provide coordination, planning, and supervision to Assistant Electrical Superintendents, contractors, and craft activities in a specific area of discipline. Positive attitude and behavior are necessary as you will interact with staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment. Demonstrating flexibility, resourcefulness, dedication, and efficiency with a high level of integrity and confidentiality will be critical for success. Visa sponsorships are not offered for this position. This is a 100% travel position with regular rotations home every 3 weeks for 5 days for duration of project. Must be willing to travel anywhere in the U.S. Locations are not guaranteed regardless of your home location.

The base pay range for this role is $122,600 - $183,900. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations : Denver, CO and Chicago, IL - 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR - 10%, Washington, D.C. - 12.5%). Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity. This position is eligible for Mortenson's incentive plan.
