Job Title

Team Rehab is a therapist-owned network of outpatient clinics across Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Georgia. Since 2001, we've built a reputation for excellent outcomes, high patient satisfaction, and a supportive work culture.

Training & Mentorship :

  • On-the-job training no prior experience required.
  • Work closely with licensed therapists and gain experience in a clinical setting.

    • What You'll Do :

  • Welcome and prepare patients for therapy sessions.
  • Assist therapists with non-clinical tasks and patient support.
  • Guide patients through light exercises and strengthening techniques.
  • Educate patients on safe and correct use of equipment.
  • Apply therapeutic modalities (heat / ice packs, electrical stimulation) as directed.
  • Help patients walk safely between areas of the clinic.
  • Keep treatment areas clean, organized, and sanitized.
  • Communicate with patients, therapists, and other staff to ensure smooth care.
  • Observe and report any patient progress or concerns to the Physical Therapist.

    • What We're Looking For :

  • No prior experience or education required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interest in physical therapy or healthcare is a plus.
