Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner

We offer behavioral healthcare services - psychiatry, addiction recovery, mental disorder treatment, etc. - that allow clients at all stages of recovery or rehabilitation to reclaim health and well-being.

Deliverables / Principal Results Expected : Include doing history and physicals, reviewing labs, monitoring blood levels, sick call, and preparing discharges (physician orders, scripts if has prescriptive authority). Provides support and resources to the adult residential program and detox as needed. Coordination (with the help of the nursing staff) with the primary care physician and psychiatrist when appropriate. Working with the nursing staff to make sure the medications are cost-effective for the client after discharge and completing prior authorization requests for medications. Other duties as assigned.

Education, Experience : Family Nurse Practitioner / Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner. Minimum of 2 years' experience in Addiction Medicine and / or family practice medicine.
