Med / Peds Hospitalist Opening in North Carolina Located in Tarboro, NC - Greenville 27m, Raleigh 73m Seeking a BE / BC Internal Medicine-Pediatrics physician to join their Hospitalist program. Clinical responsibilities will include : Level II nursery and well newborn nursery (for Med-Peds trained physicians), daily rounding, admissions, discharges, vent management and intubation, central line placement and thoracentesis 7 on / 7 off Schedule -7a-7p with 2 / 7p-7a shifts every other week ICU is covered by pulmonary critical care physicians from 8-5pm, and covered by hospitalist team nights and weekends Established team of 6 hospitalist Anticipated Volume is 15-20 patients Strong air and ground support to immediately transfer patients to a level 1 trauma center EPIC EMR BLS and ACLS certifications required Competitive Compensation and Comprehensive Benefits to include : Administrative Stipend, Relocation, Paid Vacation, Sick, & Holidays, Malpractice / Tail Coverage, 401k matching / 457, Medical, Dental, & Vision, Disability & Life Insurance117-bed acute care hospital located in Tarboro, North Carolina.
