[job_card.job_description]Experience in Azure Cloud / Azure SQL database programming. Microsoft Azure Data factory Conversant with Agile methodologies, DevOPS and agile ways of working. Collaborates with business analysts, product owners, users, IT, and vendor teams to understand application functionalities to troubleshoot complex application / system issues. Makes technical investigations for IT application, infrastructure incidents and examines issues arising to determine the causes and provide, implement solutions to solve the identified problems. Self-starter with a go-get attitude, learn and adapt to the application support, development activities, incident management, troubleshooting and tracking the work items to closure. Ability to work with multiple teams with strong analytical, problem-solving, and good communication skills. Familiar with monitoring, alerting practices and implementing monitoring / alerting tools. Expertise with standard SDLC tools and version control systems. Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering. A minimum of 5 years of professional software engineering experience with software Application Technical Support and software development practices Knowledge in SSIS ADX / Kusto and Grafana
