As our full-time STEM Learning Experience Coordinator , you'll be part of a mission-driven team dedicated to ensuring every child has access to immersive, hands-on STEM education. THE VITAL ROLE YOU'LL HAVE

As our STEM Learning Experience Coordinator, you'll be at the forefront of creating engaging STEM experiences for young learners. You'll assist in designing immersive curricula, ensuring every program is stocked with the necessary resources, and evaluating program success through tools like SAYO and PEAR. You'll play a crucial role in recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring program staff and volunteers, fostering a strong, supportive team environment. Beyond the classroom, you'll identify new school partnerships in Boston and Lowell, strengthen relationships with community leaders, and develop systems to enhance program efficiency. Your expertise will keep our program manuals, handbooks, and policies up-to-date and impactful, ensuring that every student's learning journey is meaningful and transformative.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS

Fluency in Spanish or Khmer is a plus! This is a full-time position following a hybrid work model : 3 days in-office, 2 days remote.
