A company is looking for a Patient Financial Advocate to assist patients with financial responsibilities related to their care.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel patients on insurance benefits and financial assistance options

Act as an advocate for patients by contacting insurance carriers and resolving issues

Initiate collection processes and ensure accurate documentation in systems

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma / GED with three years of customer-facing experience, or

Associate's Degree with two years of experience, or

Bachelor's Degree with one year of experience

Preferred : Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a related field

Preferred : Experience in finance, banking, or cashiering
