• Hours : Clinic 8a-4 : 30p
• Call : optional weeknight call and 24 hour call
• Scope : General Urology open to clinic only or clinic with call (robotics preferred but not required)
• Volume : clinic 20-22 PPD
• EMR : Meditech
• Credentialing : 30-60 days
• Require : BC / BE, Active KY or IMLC Compact License
