[job_card.job_description]Oversee the delivery of clinical and caregiver services, ensuring the highest quality of patient / client care in accordance with home health laws and regulatory standards OASIS admissions and Coordinate with a team of LPNs, CNAs, aides and to ensure client and patient goals are met Follow the Home Health orders from PCPs working closely with their office Ensure medical supplies / equipment are delivered and staff are trained on care procedures Assess patient / client needs, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of satisfaction Effectively manage financial resources related to the delivery of quality patient / client care Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active RN or BSN in Massachusetts Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in home healthcare / OASIS admissions, recerts, resumptions and DC’s At least 1 year of supervisory and caregiver management experience CPR certification Extensive knowledge of state and federal home health laws and regulatory standards Excellent management, organizational, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
