Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We’re seeking a Customer Support Coordinator / Service Dispatcher to manage scheduling, customer communication, and technician support. This role is ideal for someone with experience as a scheduler, administrative assistant, office coordinator, or service dispatcher who enjoys keeping operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming customer calls and emails in a professional and friendly manner
- Coordinate and dispatch technicians for service appointments
- Troubleshoot basic system issues with customers over the phone
- Schedule, track, and update service requests in our CRM system
- Communicate with field technicians and office staff to ensure efficient service delivery
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and customer information
What You Bring
- Experience in customer service, scheduling, administrative support, or dispatching
- Strong organization and multitasking abilities
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence using scheduling or customer management software
- Ability to stay calm, focused, and solutions-oriented under pressure
