You Will :
- Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs on the facility auxiliary equipment, such as chillers, compressors, pumps, water towers, air dryers, transformers, etc.
- Participate in the maintenance of fires systems, facilities access systems and emergency lighting systems (monitoring, inspecting, testing)
- Perform general grounds maintenance
- Participate in installation projects and / or modifications.
- Ability to work Monday-Friday day shift
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent. Associate’s degree & / or technical certifications are preferred.
- Working knowledge of auxiliary industrial support equipment, i.e. chillers, compressors, water towers, air dryers, pumps, etc.
- Working knowledge of fire systems (monitoring, inspections, testing), facility access systems, emergency lighting system, etc.
- Fabrication experience
- Solid hydraulics, pneumatics and electrical knowledge, along with the ability to troubleshoot & problem solve
- Ability to interpret technical & operational documents, including manuals, blueprints, schematics
- PLC Programming Knowledge is a plus
