Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description : We are seeking skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our healthcare team across Irvine, CA. The RN will provide direct patient care, coordinate nursing activities, and ensure high-quality clinical outcomes in collaboration with providers and staff.

Responsibilities :

Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs

Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments

Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans

Educate patients and families on health management

Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Ensure compliance with state and federal health regulations

Requirements :

Active California RN License

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)

BLS / ACLS certification (or willingness to obtain)

Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

Prior hospital or clinical experience preferred
