Ensure applications are complete, accurate, and ready for submission. Help streamline the approval process to ensure families receive coverage as quickly as possible. Security during a medical crisis Funds to cover final expenses Protection against loss of income A financial legacy for their loved ones Motivated and goal-oriented individuals who enjoy connecting with people. Strong communication, relationship-building, and listening skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational habits. Coachable, positive, and driven to grow personally and professionally. Bilingual in English / Spanish is preferred but not required. Prior life insurance or sales experience is a plus — but not required. We will train the right candidate. What You’ll Do
Sales Development & Outreach Responsibilities :
- Make outbound phone calls, texts, and emails to engage potential clients.
- Communicate the importance of income protection and family financial security.
- Schedule free life insurance consultations or connect families directly with a licensed agent.
- Follow up with prospects, nurture leads, and re-engage missed appointments.
- Respond to incoming client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Record client interactions and manage follow-up activities in the CRM system.
