Job Summary :
The Supplier Onboarding Analyst is responsible for managing the complete onboarding process of suppliers onto the e-procurement platform. This includes collecting and verifying documentation, ensuring compliance with platform requirements, resolving issues, and providing training and support. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills, as well as experience with e-procurement platforms.

Responsibilities :
- Manage the end-to-end process of onboarding suppliers onto the e-procurement platform.
- Collect and verify necessary documentation and information from suppliers.
- Ensure suppliers understand and comply with platform requirements and standards.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by suppliers or internal teams.
- Provide training and support to suppliers on how to use the e-procurement platform effectively.
- Coordinate and facilitate supplier capability presentations with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
