A company is looking for an IT Delivery Lead - Back Office Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of new capabilities, system enhancements, and projects for back-office and corporate solutions
Build and maintain partnerships with business leaders and stakeholders to define solution objectives and manage project implementations
Ensure the Back Office Service Portfolio and Roadmap is accurate and maintained while managing a distributed team
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in information systems, engineering, management, or IT-related field or equivalent experience required
Minimum of 8 years' IT experience, with 4 years in building / supporting enterprise-grade solutions
3+ years of hands-on experience delivering solutions using Workday Finance and Workday HCM
3+ years of demonstrable experience leading delivery of technology initiatives / projects
Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management solutions like Docusign strongly preferred
