Our client, a dynamic and rapidly growing software company in the SaaS space, is seeking a Data Operations Manager for a full-time leadership role. This position is based remotely with collaboration across distributed teams. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring database performance, security, and scalability, while leading a team of database professionals and overseeing customer data migration initiatives.

Full-Time / Permanent

Hybrid 1 day a week in Atlanta.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of database administration and management experience
• 4+ years of leadership experience managing database teams and strategic initiatives
• Strong experience with cloud database technologies (Azure preferred)
• Proven track record of managing high-availability database environments (99.9%+ uptime)
• Expertise in database performance monitoring, tuning, indexing, and optimization
• Strong understanding of database security principles and compliance requirements (SOC 2, NIST)
• Experience with data migration, ETL processes, and customer onboarding workflows
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
