Senior Risk Governance Specialist

A company is looking for a Senior Enterprise Risk Governance Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Strengthen and optimize the Issue Management Program, ensuring robust governance and documentation

Develop and maintain detailed issue and risk reports, dashboards, and executive-level reporting packages

Support audit management programs and facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in risk management, issue management, audit, or consumer compliance

Strong understanding of risk frameworks and issue lifecycle management

Experience in Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) or fintech environments is a plus

Proficiency in business intelligence and analytics tools, such as Power BI or Tableau

Self-motivated with advanced analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
