We are seeking an experienced AI Program Manager to lead enterprise-wide AI initiatives within the Office of AI. This role will drive the adoption, governance, and strategic deployment of AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, and other emerging AI technologies across the organization. The AI Program Manager will orchestrate complex, cross-functional AI rollouts from strategy through execution. This role blends strong program management discipline with AI domain knowledge to enable responsible, scalable, and impactful AI adoption across the enterprise.

Responsibilities :
Lead end-to-end program management for enterprise AI tool deployments (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, custom GPTs, etc.)
Design and execute rollout strategies including pilots, phased scaling, and organizational change management
Coordinate with external partners (Microsoft, OpenAI, Anthropic, and implementation vendors)
Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, timelines, milestones, training needs, and success metrics
Manage license provisioning, distribution groups, and deployment logistics
Build and maintain AI governance frameworks, compliance protocols, and risk mitigation strategies
Create and deliver executive-level communications, training materials, and adoption resources
Drive cross-functional collaboration across IT, Legal, Privacy, Finance, HR, and business units
Track KPIs, adoption metrics, utilization trends, and stakeholder feedback
Facilitate workshops, office hours, and AI champion programs to accelerate adoption
Manage vendor relationships, SOWs, and budget allocation across AI initiatives
Required Qualifications :
Core Qualifications
10+ years of program management experience leading large-scale, enterprise technology initiatives
Hands-on experience deploying AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, or similar platforms
Proven success managing rollouts to thousands of users across multiple stakeholder groups
Strong understanding of AI governance, compliance, and responsible AI principles
Exceptional stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences
Experience driving change management and organizational adoption
Expertise in building project plans, managing dependencies, and mitigating risks
Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, etc.)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience working in agile and cross-functional environments
Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
Experience coordinating with external vendors and partners
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience building custom GPTs or working with prompt engineering
Knowledge of SCIM provisioning, identity management, and enterprise software deployments
Familiarity with AI safety, privacy, and enterprise compliance requirements
Background in technical enablement, training program development, or learning & development
