This position is responsible for all material related processes associated with moving materials efficiently to the production floor from staging or storage and then moving finished goods out of the production area. The individual must be able to communicate with several different functions within the facility and also possess strong organization skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. This position will lead quality, delivery, productivity and simplification activities.

Minimum Requirements

Education : High School Diploma or GED

Experience : 1-2 years inventory management, or material handling experience.

Travel : 0-10% based on company need

Work Schedule : This position works between the hours of 6 am and 6 pm, Monday through Friday. Overtime may be required. Ability to work a flexible schedule is necessary.

• Provide hands-on guidance and coaching to ensure adherence to material handling procedures and performance expectations.
