Rotating Machinery Subject Matter Expert

A company is looking for a Rotating Machinery SME to oversee engineering efforts and collaborate with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee design and manufacturing processes of large nuclear fluid pumps, ensuring project specifications are met

Provide technical oversight and guidance to partners and subcontractors for mechanical system designs

Coordinate reviews of analyses and ensure compliance with relevant design codes and standards

Key Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline from an accredited university

15+ years of direct experience in mechanical systems, with at least 5 years in pumps and rotating machinery

Extensive experience across the hardware lifecycle, from concept to execution

Proven supplier / contractor coordination and project management experience

Experience working to ASME NQA-1 standards
