Adecco is hiring a Benefits Analyst for a local client. The Benefits Analyst supports daily compensation, benefits, and HRIS operations with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. This role is responsible for processing HR and payroll transactions in ADP Workforce Now and serves as backup support for payroll activities. Pay : $32 / hour Location : Phoenix, AZ

Key Responsibilities

• Process HRIS and compensation transactions in ADP Workforce Now (job changes, pay updates, bonuses, deductions)
• Ensure accurate coding, effective dates, and audit documentation
• Maintain employee records throughout the employment lifecycle (hire, transfer, termination)
• Process benefit and deduction changes including 401(k), HSA, loans, reimbursements, and endowment deductions
• Provide backup support for payroll processing, audits, file uploads, and reporting
• Respond to payroll and HR transactional inquiries

Pay details : $32.00 per hour.
