Job Position: Data Entry/Scanner

Location: Georgetown, TX 78626

Pay Rate: $16-18/hr

Shift: 8-5

Description: Our client is an organization that works with property owners. This is a Monday - Friday role, temporary, from 8am to 5pm daily. You are expected to commit for the entire length of this assignment which is expected to last at least through the end of July, depending on workload. The job is 70% data entry and 30% scanning. Data entry will be in their Teleform system, working with pdf's while verifying information. You will also work in Canva entering webforms.

Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data into digital systems and databases.
- Scan, organize, and archive physical documents into electronic formats.
- Verify and review data for errors or discrepancies, ensuring high accuracy in all entries.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Sort and categorize documents for ease of retrieval and reference.
- Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Perform routine quality checks to ensure data integrity.
- Provide support for administrative tasks as needed, including managing files and maintaining records.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Proficient typing skills with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Familiarity with standard office equipment such as scanners, copiers, and computers.
- Basic knowledge of data management software and tools (e.G., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar).
- Must be able to manipulate data in Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members.
- Willingness to handle repetitive tasks with consistency and precision.
- High school diploma or equivalent is typically expected for this role.
