Parts Facilitator

Join our team as a friendly and dedicated parts facilitator! As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive the parts they need in a timely and efficient manner. With your exceptional communication and organizational skills, you will be responsible for facilitating the sourcing, ordering, and delivery of parts to our customers. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and make a meaningful impact on our customers' experience.

Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate with suppliers to source and order parts requested by our customers.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure the availability of commonly requested parts.
  • Track and maintain accurate records of parts orders, delivery status, and customer information.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and shipping team to ensure smooth and timely delivery of parts.
  • Conduct periodic inventory audits to identify discrepancies and take corrective actions.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to parts availability, pricing, and delivery times.
  • Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in parts facilitation or a related role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-centric approach and commitment to providing exceptional service.
