Warehouse Operations Lead

Reporting to the site leader, the incumbent is responsible for the efficient flow of customer products into and out of the warehouse by receiving, putting away products, filling customer orders, and loading outbound products onto trailers while monitoring and ensuring safety, product accuracy, and quality. The job holder also assists in monitoring workflow, identifying opportunities for improvement, and resolving issues through communication and teamwork. The position acts as a lead person and is expected to demonstrate the companys core values of Create Amazing, Honesty and Respect, Communication, Teamwork, and Safety in carrying out their work duties.
