Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Cath Lab RN with 18 months of Cath Lab experience and required BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

Work in a Cath Lab setting within a teaching hospital

Day shift schedule, 4x10-hour shifts from 7 : 00 to 17 : 30

On-call required, approximately nine shifts every five weeks

Floating within RN scope may be required to meet unit needs

Uses Epic EMR system

Patient population includes cardiac cath lab, electrophysiology, and vascular cases

Scrub color is ceil blue

All RTO must be requested prior to acceptance; additional time off requests are unlikely to be approved

Assignments at any Cleveland Clinic location cannot exceed 18 consecutive months; must wait 6 months before returning

Free parking available in any unrestricted space

Time-sensitive onboarding modules must be prioritized prior to assignment start

First-time travelers are accepted for this position

Requirements

Active FL or Compact RN license (pending license accepted)

Minimum of 18 months Cath Lab RN experience required, 2 years preferred

Current BLS and ACLS certifications required at time of consideration

NIHSS certification must be obtained prior to start

Experience in EP and vascular procedures preferred

Must be nicotine free and able to pass a nicotine and 10-panel drug screen
