Trainer Associate

A company is looking for a Trainer Associate to conduct and develop training programs.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct new hire and continuing education training

Develop and facilitate departmental continuing education programs

Evaluate existing training processes and collaborate on instructional materials

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma / GED or equivalent education and experience

Must be 18 years of age or older

2+ years of experience in designing and conducting training

Experience working within Optum Serve

Knowledge of effective training techniques and learning styles
