About the Role :

The Assistant Production Supervisor plays a critical role in supporting the production management team within a non-durable goods manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for assisting in overseeing daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are consistently met. The role involves coordinating with various departments to optimize workflow, manage resources, and troubleshoot production issues promptly. Minimum Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or higher in manufacturing, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in non-durable goods production.
• Basic knowledge of production processes, equipment operation, and quality control standards.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
