Residential Service Technician

Location : Muscle Shoals, AL

Type : Full-Time

Shoals Overhead Door is seeking a motivated, coachable, and dependable individual to join our residential service team. As a 5-star company, were looking for a 5-star person to represent our brand through high-quality garage door installation and service.

About the Role

This position involves installing, servicing, and maintaining residential overhead doors, openers, and related equipment. Youll interact directly with homeowners, ensuring excellent customer service, accurate estimates, and professional communication.

  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Team-oriented and eager to learn
  • Comfortable working with hand and power tools
  • Ability to create estimates and discuss options with customers
  • Trade experience or mechanical aptitude preferred
  • Sales experience a plus

Requirements :

  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Reliable transportation to and from the shop
