Essential Job Functions
- Responds to orders general client inquiries invoice questions and client complaints.
- Records consistent problem areas
- Resolves issues with orders delivery dates or service.
- Resolves the clients complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting corrections or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Responses are predominately routine but may require deviation from standard procedures
- Other duties as assigned
