Key Responsibilities :

We are seeking a dedicated Instructor to support our classroom teachers by assisting with instructional tasks and providing additional support to students. This role is essential in maintaining a positive and productive learning environment, ensuring students receive the attention they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities :

Instructional Support :

Assist teachers in preparing and implementing lesson plans.

Provide one-on-one support to students who require extra help or have special needs.

Classroom Management :

Help maintain classroom order and cleanliness.

Supervise students during non-classroom activities such as recess or lunch.

Administrative Tasks :

Perform clerical tasks as needed to support the teaching staff.

Team Collaboration :

Work closely with teachers to ensure a cohesive learning environment.

Participate in team meetings to stay updated on classroom activities.

Qualifications :

Education : High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience : Previous experience working with children is highly preferred.

Skills :

Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with students and staff.

Patience and understanding when working with students who require extra support.

Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively as part of a team.

Work Environment :

The role involves working in a dynamic classroom environment.

Must be able to stand for extended periods and move around the classroom as needed.

Availability to work regular school hours with occasional flexibility for events.

Rate : $20 / hour
