Duties
- Perform inspections and tests according to company quality plans and protocols using precision measuring tools and lab equipment.
- Provide feedback to machine operators according to company standards and policy.
- Report all non-conforming quality issues to lead / supervisor immediately that are related, but not limited, to production.
- Issue hold tags and non-conformance reports.
- Ensure quality reports, production documents and calibrations are accurate and conform to company policy.
- Communicate issues and problems in daily shift meetings between shifts.
- Perform data entry reliably and accurately.
- Report food safety and quality concerns to personnel of authority to initiate action.
- Fill in for Packer absences as needed on the bag lines.
- Occasional lifting up to 50lbs.
- Other duties as assigned
- Ability to work overtime
Qualifications
