We're looking for a Senior GTM Finance Analyst, Self Serve to support topline forecasting, reporting, and GTM strategy for Webflow's Self-Serve motion. You'll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to analyze the Self-Serve business and own the forecast.

The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate's geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.

United States (all figures cited below are in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)

Zone A : $115,000 - $155,500

Zone B : $108,000 - $146,000

Zone C : $101,500 - $137,000

Canada (all figures cited below are in CAD and pertain to workers in Canada)

131,100 - 176,500

This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, GTM Finance

As a Senior GTM Finance Analyst, Self Serve, you'll

• Build, maintain, and improve financial models to forecast self serve ARR
• Partner with Marketing, Product, and Data to assess the impact of marketing campaigns, pricing & packaging changes, product launches, and macro trends
• Perform ad-hoc strategic analyses to uncover opportunities to drive acquisition, expansion, retention, and monetization
• Set targets, track, and report on key self-serve KPIs, driving accountability and aligning initiatives with company financial and strategic goals
• Take part in our annual planning process through topline target setting
