Because of rapid expansion of the organization the following opportunity is currently available :   Paralegal

We are looking for a self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented person to join our progressive, innovative, and growing elder law department of nine attorneys and a great team of paralegals

Some documents you may prepare include wills, pleadings, motions, petitions, guardianship applications and power of attorney requests. In a firm more involved with trusts and estates, a paralegal may also draft business plans, financial reports, and prepare both income and estate tax returns.

Job Duties

• Excellent client service
• Must have strong written and verbal communications skills
• Superior computer skills including Microsoft office and hotdocs
• Must be detail-oriented and organized with good analytical and problem-solving ability
• Ability to function independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment

To the qualified individual we offer, a competitive salary, starting at $65,000 annually based on experience, bonus opportunity and 401k
